We have 3 remedial massage therapists, 1 physiotherapist and 1 beautician.

  • ​Ideal for any practitioners who can manage everything to run your own business. 

​Examples: Physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, osteopaths, chiropractors, occupational therapists, psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, qualified Pilates instructors, personal trainers, soft tissue therapists and bodyworkers

  • Administrative support is not included.      

  • HICAPS available. You can bring your own HICAPS terminal if you wish. 

  • Bathroom (No shower) 

  • On-site parking and off-street parking​​

  • This office is on the first floor without lift access. 14 steps of stairs with a rail

  • Please have your professional public and products liability insurance.

  • Not suitable for a therapy requiring very quiet environment. You can hear traffic noise.

  • Unfurnished or furnished (Basic furniture can be arranged. You can bring your own furniture if you wish. An electric treatment table is available.)

Room 3 

  • An electric treatment table

  • No natural light

  • Air conditioner at the studio space, but no a/c into the room. A standing fan and an oil heater in Room 3. 

  • At the studio space

 

Studio 

  • It can be used for Pilates, rehab exercise, personal training and small group classes.

  • You can bring your equipment if you wish.

  • Pilates equipment (low height Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine corrector, Oov and small apparatus)

  • 1 half rack with plate loaded Smith machine, lat pulldown bar and low rowing bar (100 kg Urethane quad-grip plates. 100 kg bumper plates)

  • 1 Adjustable weight bench 

  • Light dumbbells 

  • No additional fee to use Room 3. 

 

Casual daily rates:

Half day $55 +GST

(AM - from anytime in the morning until 1pm, 1:15 or 1:30. PM - from anytime after 1:30 or 1:45 until anytime at night)
Full day $100 +GST

Weekly rates:

Half day: 1 day $50+GST, 2 days $90+GST, 3 days $120+GST, 4 days $140+GST and 5 days $150+GST

Full day: 1 day $90+GST, 2 days $160+GST, 3 days $215+GST, 4 days $250+GST and 5 days $270+GST
