  • ​Ideal for any practitioners who can manage everything to run your own business. 

​      Examples: Physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, osteopaths, chiropractors, occupational therapists, psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, qualified Pilates instructors, personal trainers, soft tissue therapists, bodyworkers and beauty therapists

  • Administrative support is not included.      

  • HICAPS available. You can bring your own HICAPS terminal if you wish. 

  • Bathroom 

  • On-site parking and off-street parking​​

  • This office is on the first floor without lift access. 14 steps of stairs

  • Please have your professional public liability insurance.

Room 1 

  • Unfurnished or furnished (Basic furniture can be arranged. You can bring your own furniture if you wish. An electric treatment table is available.)

  • Reception/waiting space

  • Sink

  • Private bathroom

  • Split system air conditioner

 

As of the end of December 2025, there is no cooling system for Room 2 and Studio. It will be availeble in February, 2026 at this stage. 

Room 2  

  • Unfurnished or furnished

  • Within the studio space

 

Studio

  • It can be used for Pilates, rehab exercise, personal training, group classes, workshops and more.

  • You can bring your equipment if you wish.

  • Pilates equipment (low height Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine corrector, Oov and small apparatus)

  • Smith machine (Arriving soon. Currently a half rack with barbell. As of Dec 2025)

  • No additional fee for using Room 2. 

 

Casual daily rates:

Half day $55  (AM - from anytime in the morning until 1pm, 1:15 or 1:30. PM - from anytime after 1:30 until anytime at night)
Full day $100

Weekly rates:

Half day: 1 day $50, 2 days $90, 3 days $120, 4 days $140 and 5 days $150

Full day: 1 day $90, 2 days $160, 3 days $215, 4 days $250 and 5 days $270
