Kay Fredericks Remedial Massage

Monday - Thursday

Location: 3 Wiluna St Fyshwick

0433 915 721

Kay has been working in the remedial massage industry for 30 years.

Her driving force is to make a difference through restoring balance, relieving pain, improving mobility and wellbeing.

She concentrates on post-operative repair, Onsen technique structural rebalance, breathing and stress management, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and myofascial release.

Working one to one, she applies techniques softly with the client in a way that educates, informs and encourages self-management. She approaches massage work as a joint encounter and she feels that it does not involve pain, that a treatment leaves the client feeling tension free, more confident in managing their body, and lighter.

About Tekoa Collection

Tekoa Collection is a boutique award winning skincare brand devoted to thoughtful formulation, intentional skincare, and the quiet luxury of healthy skin.

The name “Tekoa” first found me in 2011 during a crossroads of my faith while reading 2 Samuel 14. Weeks later, walking along Frederick Street in Edinburgh, I felt a certainty: “Tekoa would one day make a great business name”. Years later, that moment found its form, a true testament that vision unfolds in time.

Founded in 2019 and thoughtfully relaunched in 2024 after a period spent completing my nursing studies, Tekoa Collection has become the meeting place of heritage, intention, and innovation.

My heritage sits gently within the brand. British-Nigerian, raised in Scotland and now based in Canberra, my perspective has been shaped by cultures and traditions that span continents. My entrepreneurial journey began at 15 — first with handmade jewellery, a home bakery and as a freelance hospitality consultant — each venture unknowingly shaped the heart and discipline behind Tekoa Collection.

These influences are reflected in the ingredients chosen, from West African shea butter to nourishing hemp and almond oils, to Australian Kakadu plum — each selected not for trend but for their integrity, potency, and role in supporting the skin’s natural function.

Our products transform daily routines into intentional purpose: simple, effective, and indulgent. We believe healthy skincare should never be rushed or aggressive but is built through rhythm: consistent care, thoughtful ingredients, and an approach that works with the skin rather than against it. That is why our products are designed to support the skin’s natural function while nurturing the nervous system.

Alongside our product line, we offer personalised facial treatments and DIY skincare workshops, designed to deepen understanding and restore confidence in your skin.

Because true luxury is not excess. It is knowledge, intention, and care.

Tekoa Collection exists to support you and your skin

I look forward to walking alongside you on your skincare journey.

With Love
